How We Execute

1. Prepare for Market

We spend time with you to understand the unique attributes of your business and explore all potential strategic options. We then work with you and your team to craft a story and prepare the materials needed for our process

Milestones

  • Initiate data collection

  • Finalize process framework for go-to-market

2. Engage with Buyers

Once we’re prepared, we launch the process and begin discussions with buyers. After our team builds up enough vetted interest, we coordinate management presentations where you and the team present to each buyer
